- Most full-service reunions run a planning fee of about 15–20% of the total event budget, with a minimum flat fee for smaller events. We quote every reunion individually based on headcount, location, and the services you choose.
- When should we start planning?
- Ideally 9–12 months before your target date — but we've pulled off beautiful reunions on shorter timelines. The sooner you reach out, the more venue and date options you'll have.
- Do you only work locally?
- We coordinate reunions in many areas. Tell us your school and target city in your inquiry and we'll let you know exactly how we can help.
- Who collects the money?
- Payments flow through a dedicated event account. We help committees set up the right structure (including EIN and bank setup if needed) so ticket sales and vendor payments stay clean and transparent.
